When you or someone you love is ready to stop abusing substances, the symptoms of withdrawal can be overwhelming and oftentimes may lead to relapse because the sickness can be severe and uncomfortable. Terrace House offers a safe place for medically supervised withdrawal (detox) from substances such as opiates, alcohol and/or benzodiazepines.
Our medically supervised withdrawal (detox) program provides 24/7 medical and nursing staff to safely assist patients who are experiencing withdrawal from substances. Patients receive medications to assist with stabilizing symptoms. Individual and group treatment is available to help patients understand their symptoms and begin developing healthy coping skills. Patients work with their treatment team to identify an aftercare plan to continue to support their treatment goals.
